  • What are the rights of the buyer?

The buyer becomes a rightful owner of the villa, the property is registered in his/her name along with proper records of ownership.

  • What is the procedure for payment?

Land will be transferred in the name of the buyer on receipt of the entire land cost. The payment for villa will be construction linked.

  • Can the buyer buy the plot now and construct the villa later?

Yes. But construction should be completed within a period of 3 years from registration of sale deed.

  • Can we change the design of the villas?

No changes will be possible in the design of the villas.The villas are promoted with a view of common interior and exterior to ensure an elegant look. Any alteration or modification of any of the villa will disturb the entire design and will look as an odd one out from the uniformity.

  • Who will construct the villas and can outside contractors be hired?

Agreen Infrastructure will construct the villas. Outside contractors cannot be hired.

  • What about the construction quality?

Agreen Infrastructure will be using the best quality of construction material like Tata Tiscon steel, Ultratech cement, river sand for slabs & plaster. And most important, every structure is designed to be earthquake resistant.

  • Are the Villas fully furnished?

Villas in Forest Escapes Holiday Villas are semi-furnished. Full furnishing option is available at an extra cost.

  • Will you arrange Housing Loan from Banks?

Forest Escapes Holiday Villas project will be approved by leading Banks for buyers to avail Housing Loans. The Buyer should meet the criteria required by the banks for availing such loans.

  • Is the owner is entitled to resell the property at any point of time? Will Agreen Infrastructure help to sell the property, if required?

The owner can sell the villa/plot at any point of time. If required Agreen Infrastructure will assist to sell the property at the highest value.

  • Will your management take responsibilities for any damages to my properties in my absence?

Our management team will take full responsibility to ensure the safety of the articles along with the maintenance, refurbishment, renovation and replacement.

  • What is the difference between owning a villa in KOYNA and owning a villa at Forest Escapes?

Maintaining a villa of your own will cost a minimum of Rs.20,000 per month for gardening, security, caretaking and other expenses. You will not be able to enjoy any of the amenities/facilities available at Forest escapes. Forest Escapes Villa management will take care of your property expenses like your electricity bills, gardening, caretaking and security etc from the revenue earned by your villa.

  • Is it mandatory to rent out my villa, what if I opt out at a later stage?

It is not mandatory. If the buyer is not interested in this scheme he need not opt for it. However, the expenses towards electricity, maintenance of common amenities and mantainances services have to be shared by the buyer. Such expenses would be determined based on mutual consultation and would be reviewed every year.

  • Why I should purchase property at Forest Escapes rather than my own N.A. plot?
